Valerian Root

This root has a strong odor! it can be ground and added to protection sachets. Sprinkle valerian at the front door to deter unwanted visitors. Combine valerian with other herbs and crystals in sachets or amulets to use for protection, or in a dream pillow to ward off nightmares. Use in cleaning consecration, or drink as a tea to purify oneself. In hoodoo, it can be used as a substitute for graveyard dirt. Also useful for un-jinxing, un-hexing and removing curses.
