Mountain Sage is the cousin of White Sage. It has all the same energetic properties as white sage, but has a slightly different scent. It is good for adding strength and energy in rituals. Mountain sage does dispel negative energy as well. (AKA desert Mugwort.)
These smudges are made of mountain sage but have a delightful resin wrapped up in the middle. Choose from either Copal, Myrrh or Frankincense.
The wands measure approximately 4 to 5 inches long.
