Hops Flowers

Stuff a pillow with dried hops to bring sleep and rest. You can also blend with lavender for total relaxation. Hops are used in rituals and incense for healing but be aware that it dampens the sex drive - it is best to use in anti-aphrodisiac spellwork.
Simmer hops then strain and add to ritual bath water for relaxing dream bath. Can be used for animal related magic to connect to totems and guiding spirits.
